At the end of July, 2017, Billy and I found ourselves spending the day at Nine Mile Canyon.  We had a great day there, but, honestly, one day is not nearly enough for that special place.  While we found, and enjoyed, most of the main panels, we did not have sufficient time to explore most of the side canyons and to do a thorough search of the canyon walls from the roadway with binoculars.  It was a beautiful day out there, almost too beautiful — the sun was very bright and often not conducive to photographing the panels.  At the end of the day, Billy and I vowed to return some day, so stay tuned.  In the meantime, I hope you enjoy my photos!
