The Boundary Site Galleries

I  visited the Boundary Site, also known as Petroglyph Mesa, on Monday, October 17,  2022.  It was the first of many hikes I would take that week as I enjoyed an extended visit to Petrified Forest N.P.  To see my blog post that includes my visit to this site, look here.  Below you will find galleries of photos I took that day with three different cameras.  I hope you enjoy them!

I also visited the Boundary Site with my friend Richard on September 26, 2024.  During this trip, Richard and I visited a number of sites in and around Petrified Forest.  Below you will find some of my photos from that visit.

The Photos Below Were Taken With My Nikon P1000 On My First Visit on October 17, 2020…

I used my Nikon P1000 primarily to photograph petroglyphs and panels that were at a distance.  At my age I am less and less able to climb up to areas located higher up on the cliffsides.  The P1000 with its extended reach allows me to get somewhat decent photos of these petroglyphs.
