PICTURE ROCKS GALLERY

On the afternoon of November 28, 2017, I visited the Picture Rocks Site, located on property owned by the Redemptorist Renewal Center located on Picture Rocks Road in Tuscon, Arizona.  It is a small site, most noted for a spiral that some believe is associated with a summer solstice solar marker.  I explored the small canyon around the site and found no more rock art.  Stop by this little site if you are in the area!  (And stop in and say hi to the folks at the Renewal Center…they are very nice, and there are several areas on their grounds that are good for a little meditation.  For my blog that includes my visit to Picture Rocks and the Renewal Center, click here.)
