On the morning of August 2, 2017, Billy Ward and I visited the McKee Springs site in Dinosaur National Monument.  The site is located near the Island Park Road just inside the western boundary of the national monument.  About a mile before we came to McKee Springs, we located a very nice panel that, to my knowledge, is not a named site.  I will include some photos of this site in these galleries, as it is a very nice panel in its own right.  The McKee Springs site did not disappoint.  The signature panel, known as “The Sun Catcher”, is one of the finest petroglyph panels I have ever had the privilege of seeing in person.  I hope you enjoy the photos I took that day!
