On the morning of Sunday, July 14, 2019, I visited two petroglyph sites known collectively as “The Great Stone Face” site.  The petroglyphs are located near a rock formation that some say resembles the profile of Mormon leader Joseph Smith.  [For more info on The Great Stone Face, see:  https://www.utahoutdooractivities.com/greatstoneface.html ].  Near the Great Stone Face is a large boulder with a petroglyph panel that has been fenced in.  After looking at this panel we drove down the road to a large area that consisted of many boulders, large and small, scattered along a hillside.  Many of these boulders had petroglyphs on them, and we enjoyed looking for them and taking photos.  Hope you enjoy my photos from this site!
