Head of Sinbad Pictograph Site

Late on the afternoon of March 21, 2018, I visited this iconic pictograph site in the San Rafael Swell of Utah.  Although the site is only about a half mile north of IH 70, you have to drive many miles on confusing roads to get to the site.  The access road actually passes under the highway in a large drainage culvert, and, shortly after, deteriorates rapidly  —  glad I was in my 4 wheel drive truck on this day!  The site is small, with only two panels, but the art is intricate and well executed.  In a word, these pictographs are thought inspiring and beautiful!  Hope you enjoy my photos of this special place.
