Benjamin Adelman Residence

5802 N. 30th Street
Phoenix, AZ 85016

I drove by this house on the afternoon of January 4, 2024.  To see my blog post that includes my visit to this FLLW residence, look here.  This sprawling house has a well maintained and impressive look from the street.  I walked along the street and took several photographs of this beautiful home.  I would love to see the inside of this house–  maybe some day!  According to Storrer, the house is actually two buildings linked by a covered walkway.  The main building has a living room (with a wall mural by Eugene Masselink), kitchen, and mater bedroom.  The other building has a guest room, a sitting room, and a maid’s room.  The original structures were painted in desert rose.  The property is now grey, with accents in Cherokee red on the entry and front gate.  A very beautiful and impressive sight!

NOTE THE ADMONITION ON THE SIGN AT THE FRONT GATE. I SUSPECT THE PRESENT OWNER HAS A MILITARY BACKGROUND!
