The Pot Bellied Man and Living Room Galleries

Bright and early on the morning of September 12, 2019, I visited two sites on the way to one of the crown jewels of Mt. Borradaile, namely, the Great Serpent site.  The first site Locky called “The Pot Bellied Man”.  It was a series of naturalistic style pictographs, including one of an anthropomorph with a very large belly.  Next we visited a small living shelter that Locky called “The Living Room”.  There was no art inside the shelter, but there was art around the opening in the back of the shelter, on the other side of the rock formation.  Here are some of the photos I took that morning.

The first two galleries above were taken with my Samsung S9 cell phone.  These next three galleries were taken with my Nikon D7200.  I was able to get more shots with the zoom capabilities of the Nikon, as much of the art in this area was up high, and not easily within reach of my cell phones capabilities.
