I visited the Edwards House on the morning of Sunday, September 1, 2024.  Although it is located right across the street from the Brauner House, it is built into a much steeper hill that has many more trees than the Brauner lot — hence it is much less visible from the street.   The wing closest to the street looks like it is built deeply into the hill, with the roof almost touching the ground at the upper end.  I saw a cat up on the roof, having easy access.   I also  noticed that to the left of the private drive there is what appears to be a full size sprite, located by a large boulder and an outdoor fixture.  Below are the photos I took, which are not much, but the best I could do.
