Inscription Hill Gallery

I visited the Inscription Hill Petroglyph Gallery on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 4, 2026 during my Spring 2026 Rock Art Trip.   I found this to be a somewhat quirky but very enjoyable little site.  Many of the anthropomorphic figures had swollen abdomens.  One in particular used a natural feature in the rock to emphasize the area right below what might have been female genitals.  Anyway, I got the overall impression that this was a special place that might have been used for some sort of fertility rituals.  I hope you enjoy my photographs!
