I visited The Wall petroglyph site in Canyon DeChelly on the late afternoon of Sunday, March 8, 2026 during my 2026 Spring Rock Art trip.  This site is by far the largest petroglyph site in Canyon de Chelly and is a “newspaper rock” of sorts, with lots of diverse elements added over the years.  Since there is dense foliage not far from the base of the wall, I was unable to get a single photo that shows the whole panel as a unit.  In the following photos I will try to give you a sense of what it is like to visit this wonderful site.

And last, here are a couple of photos of The Wall that I took with my Samsung S22 cell phone.  The first photo shows the general landscape of the area but the petroglyphs are not visible.  In the second photo the petroglyph panel is visible but not in much detail.
